Thanks guys,

I have some polishing to do before I can release the demo.

The hardest part of this game was creating the code so a user could type in their name.

I want to create a puzzle layout editor so people can make their puzzles. Its on my list.

Look for character code input events (these contain the translated characters, so it knows about pressing the accent key on French keyboards etc).
They have a high bit set, so you can spot them. Check out the key code header file for information. There is also a thread here...

I found that thread and it helped.

We really should add edit controls to the UI code.

You can now download the Alpha Demo

www.bigjohngames.com\gameawaycd.zip

Unzip the file and run the setup.exe program.

Please post comments.

The link's broken...but this topic is old, so that's obvious.
